Arizona Is Out

The go-to non-resident concealed carry permit was Arizona for quite a while. The reason it was so popular is because the process was relatively easy and could be done with a combination of an online course and mailed-in paperwork.

However, their policies have changed. The Arizona Department of Public Safety no longer accepts the online certificates for their concealed carry permits.

If you still want great coverage in 28 states across the country, Virginia is now the go-to state for your non-resident concealed carry permit that accepts online certificates.

Virginia Is In

The Virginia concealed carry permit is nearly identical to what Arizona offered as far as coverage goes. The only difference, as of this writing, is that Georgia recognizes the Arizona permit and not the Virginia permit.
